The war of nuts: A forum RPG [SIGNUPS ALWAYS OPEN]

RockSauron tried to start this thing, now I will start it for good! This is a turn-based war. There are 16 bases on a 4x4 map. They are all up for the claiming, except for the corners. You may only claim a corner to start. Here is the map: Base 01----Base 02----Base 03----Base 04 0050 HP----0050 HP----0050 HP----0050 HP 0010 DF----0010 DF----0010 DF----0010 DF Base 05----Base 06----Base 07----Base 08 0050 HP----0050 HP----0050 HP----0050 HP 0010 DF----0010 DF----0010 DF----0010 DF Base 09----Base 10----Base 11----Base 12 0050 HP----0050 HP----0050 HP----0050 HP 0010 DF----0010 DF----0010 DF----0010 DF Base 13----Base 14----Base 15----Base 16 0050 HP----0050 HP----0050 HP----0050 HP 0010 DF----0010 DF----0010 DF----0010 DF You may move to ANY adjacent base on your team's turn. (e.g. Troops at base 1 can go to 2, 5, and 6.) The 4 teams correspond to a nut. (In the spirit of rocksauron's peanut lord status) Team 1: Peanut Army Team 2: Cashew Army Team 3: Almond Army Team 4: Acorn Army When all bases of a team are eliminated, the other team must kill the leader in the last base and win. The leader can fight in other areas, but can suffer from being the primary target. In-team conflict can go on too. The majority of a team can vote to overthrow a leader, and the leader is overthrown. Next, the people who voted to overthrow must decide the new leader. Turns change when I log on the first time on a new day and broadcast this: The turns have changed! The new team to make their choices is Team #! The troops have a chance to deal damage to the base. The base's team may use the automatic turret on their turn to kill one troop. The turret only fires at ONE troop per turn. An attack is signaled by italicized bold text. The last blow claims the base. When the base is captured, its HP is reset to 50, but defense stays the same. If an attack goes over 5 turns (AKA out of control), I'll bomb the base from my airship and it will be gone from the map, and all soldiers there will die. This is indicated by a strikeout. No worries, I'm not as mean as the capitol. A team wins the war by claiming all the non-destroyed bases on the map. To claim an unclaimed base, just go into it. To claim a claimed base, take it down. It has 50 HP and 10 defense. I'll indicate it under the base number. When all troops and their leader die, the bases they own return to unclaimed also. If a leader dies, they must put a new one in power. The team leader may upgrade a base by 5 HP/defense with 10$ from the team balance. A soldier's base stats are 5 attack, 5 defense, and 10 HP. They also start with 1 grenade and 50$. To add a point, you may spend 1$. Grenades are 2$. The normal damage equation is: 2*attacker's attack power-0.5*defender's defense power. The grenade does a different equation to ALL enemy soldiers. This equation is: (2*attacker's attack power/number of people damaged)-0.5*defender's defense power. When a base is claimed, the TEAM BALANCE gains 100$. Each turn a base survives, the TEAM BALANCE gains 5$. A soldier gains 2$ every turn survived. You may only upgrade and buy grenades at your team or ally's bases. A soldier can defend a base too. If a soldier is in a base of their team or ally, then an enemy soldier must attack that soldier before they can deal damage to the base. Alliances are allowed. But when the alliance defeats the rest, they must fight it out. You may only have 1 ally at a time. You can also bribe soldiers to join your side. You must join in as a NEW recruit when you die.
