A tool when used on a piece of Material, Object or a Sackbot can allow it glow as if it was a light object. The options rather very similar to the LED Light Bulb, but on a Sackbot you can choose to make it gain a glow on the Sackbot, kind of like this. 49683 *Note this is just me holding up the LED Light Bulb to the circuitboard.*

It would be useful to have.

If you make a little square of invisible hologram and put a light on it it'll work just find. Make sure you set the hologram to follow the chosen bot. It works wonderfully.

I thought the OP meant that it would light up the entire character, not just specific designs that already glow that are on the character. Like... When a player is hit in a different game, and the player blinks rapidly to show that they have been hit.
