When I played LBP3, it said that I do not own the rights to the Move Pack or other DLC that came with the Special Edition from LBP2. I mean, wow! The question is, why is it letting me use the Game of the Year DLC from LBP1 when I didn't buy them, but not the Special Edition DLC? I wanted to make a Motion Controller enabled level in LBP3 since my only controller other than the controller I own is a Move Kit I used to get the 2x prizes in LBP3. I even messaged StevenI about this problem.

From what I can gather from the news spread before the game even launched, the special edition DLC is tied to the disc so is technically never owned by your account.

Correct, if the dlc was a code that you typed in you'd be able to download it again. If it just came with the game than you can't retreive it. However, you may be able to transfer it in the "unlock littlebigplanet 2 content" in the settings. Or at least when that's fully fixed in the future update

So if we bought LBP1's Game of the year edition, we won't get access to the Metal Gear Solid level pack? It's odd because I had access in LBP2 eventhough I technically never bought the pack. I think. So many bugs in DLCs I'm not sure if I'm missing something or it's the stores fault

Welp, that's $6 to $7 more to spend. I liked the content the Move Pack included, such as the Move controls and sequencer instruments.

if you had that content on disc, you own it. and it should be your right to get it again on LBP3 - because technically you allready paid for that. there should be, there need to be a fix some day. you can eighter buy it again or wait till they fix that.

It would be nice if they dropped the price of the DLC that's years old now. Especially since I've already had the stuff, but it was purchased on a different account.
