Certain DLCs Are Not Put Onto Accounts Properly

| Ok so me and my brother both had accounts on PS3. We both played LBP1 and 2. When DLC came out whatever we wanted to buy we bought it. If my bro bought something, I still had it because it was downloaded onto the game and vice versa. However... on LBP3 PS4, it seems to be broken. I recovered a good deal of my DLC but lost a ton that my brother got. He lost almost everything I got. Example.. I bought the Aquaman Costume but he actually has that on his account though. So the DLC still isn't account bound. Its just broken. And it also doesn't help that almost every DLC we bought, whoever bought it, the other won't be able to use it because its makred "Unavailable". Example, I have the FFXII Costume pack but on my brothers account its "Unavailable". This needs to get fixed dang it. December 16 is close. The Metal Gear Solid Pack and Marvel Pack in particular don't even say "Unavailable", it just says I need to buy it. Lol, heck no. And also the Mm Music Pack as well and probably alot more.
