Learning to drift

| When I play online, I noticed alot of other players 'do not/can not' drift corners. Today I will be trying to explain "How to Drift" in as much detail as I can. For this explanation, I am using controller style "R1 = gas", "X = jump/hop". What ever style you are using just substitute your buttons for gas and hop. I am always holding down gas for this explanation. when you are coming up to a right turn, press and hold 'hop' and push right (turns your kart) before you touch the ground. Once you touch the ground keep holding 'hop'. you will notice your kart is 'locked' at an angle (its tilted right). You are now locked into the 'Drift'. You can now control how 'tight/wide' your drift is going to be. To tighten your drift, push right going into the turn more. To widen your drift, push left going away from the turn. As you are drifting, you will be increasing your 'drift boost'. Just let go of 'hop' to gain that extra boost. If you want to connect drifts (right turn, left turn...) after you let go of the 'hop', turn the next direction and hold 'hop' again. Just like the first. Just remember: 'hold hop, turn, let go, boost' or 'hold hop, turn, let go, hold hop, turn, let go,... boost' With some practise you will be able to 'Connect Drifts' for whole races. | Your right, it should be under the 'tutorial' section. -Help, how do I...?- Just popped into my head when I wrote it. If I remember correctly there is like 1-3 LBPK levels (non-community) that talk about/teach drifting.
