Hi! ☺ Do you know if it's possible to play online with a used LBP3 for Playstation 4 or are there any other limitations if it's not new? Thank you so much!!!

Yes, you can play online as long as you have your PS+ subscription. And since there's no online pass, you'll be fine with a used copy.

I think this is a debate on terminology. You can be online and access community levels and the store and all other online features EXCEPT multiplayer with a normal PSN account. You need PS+ to play online with other players. Both points are relevant to the discussion.
