Im trying to edit an old level of mine to capture some custom stickers. However I can't edit it as It says I don't have the pirates of the Caribbean / metal gear solid dlc. This is very frustrating. Why is it taking them so long to fix this. Its really bad support by sumo.

If you've previously purchased a DLC pack, be careful as to not purchase it again. I own all the DLC packs myself and while checking the more stories category, it was asking me to pay for the Muppets and Metal Gear instead of saying Free. I'd wait until they fix the issue, then proceed with your business.

I was able to get the Potc and Metal Gear packs starting today. They update the store on Tuesdays so that's when to check. I haven't played pirates or metal gear yet but I played Muppets and there are some pretty nasty glitches where bounce pads just stop working, but otherwise it seems to work alright.
