I'm undecided about it. Even the hair on the genies heads is moving in that direction. It even seems that the smoke from the fire is moving in that direction. Not sure. Good observation sackninja.

yea eveything in the level is moveing the same way... the carpets even seem to be effected in order. not all at once.

Maybe its not wind after all but a property like wind that you can use on your level. Like it doesn't affect the characters just the environment and background.
