So the adverts were very keen to show the swatting gadget which anyone can create. So where is this , where is the emphasis on showing how this is done. I have completed the game incl the popit puzzles (excl some side quest levels), not one mention of the ability to create any gadget we want.... and also the flashlight, does this get used in one of the side missions which i haven't played yet. I mean we filled up the sackpocket apart from 1 item... I just find this strange.. (am i missing something)

You get the Flashlight from Zum Zum, the clothes maker. And the Swatter and the drill were for the showcase level during E3. Did it not occur to you that the missing pocket item might have been the flashlight? But. You are right in that they do not show what is capable with all the tools, mostly just a hint at what it can possibly do.

The illumunator is located in Manglewood Swamp at Zom Zom's Boutique. You purchase 5 costumes using Collectabells and the illumunator is given as a free gift along with a short tutorial on how to use it. The Blaster Handle is located in your gadgets bag only in create mode if you don't see it then activate advanced create mode it will be in your Tools bag. The illumunator is used on certain glowing pictures in levels and the main level itself . If your playing on a PS4 then the video tutorial is in the tutorial section in the game, the video tutorials for some reason are not available on the PS3 version. There are Game Guides available on Amazon, I got the Bradygames Game Guide it shows everything from prize locations to creating everything else or check out book stores Hasting's will have them. Have fun !
