Heya! So you guys might have already played LBP3 and I want to know these little things in it. I'm too lazy to find the answers by my own.

1.How many decorative objects can you put on your Sack Character? You could put 10 in LBP1 and 40 in LBP2.

2.How many stickers you can put on your Sack Character's clothes? You could put 5 in one piece of costume in LBP2.

3.Is the Story longer than LBP1 or shorter?

4.Is the Story harder than the stories in the earlier games?

5.How does LBP1 & LBP2 community levels look like in LBP3?

6.How does the Music Sequencers from LBP2 community levels sound like in LBP3?

7.What do you think was the best new thing in LBP3?

I don't know some of these because I haven't felt the need to ask myself, buuuut:


3. The story feels shorter.

4. It was easy, but I have been playing LBP for a long time.
7. There are too many new things to call one the best! They all have their niche. 8D

3. Shorter. 4 worlds including the prologue.
4. I'd say easier. One or two levels are tough to ace though, and there seem to be more levels with x2 sections.
5. They range from fine (but not improved) to slightly glitchy to very broken.
7. For me, the ability to make levels with per-player logic and checkpoints without using sackbots.

can not answer question 1 and 2, because i wanted to test stuff for you and the game crashed as i allready had 80 stickers on a sackbots skin...
need to test that further... seems to be a bug causing it not to stop the player putting more on it befor it causes problems.

3.Is the Story longer than LBP1 or shorter?
It feels shorter, because it has hub levels you re enter a lot of times, and lacks at least one chapter.
but the levels are fun and worth to play!

4.Is the Story harder than the stories in the earlier games?
at first it is way easier. but the last levels are a bit tricky, but can be aced if you know what happens easy.
but trust me acing is worth this time! it gives lots of materials, effects and music.

5.How does LBP1 & LBP2 community levels look like in LBP3?
hm... at first it looked not so good for them, but now they look better. wait for one or two more patches and they should be back in full glory.
some of them broke because logic and layers.

6.How does the Music Sequencers from LBP2 community levels sound like in LBP3?
no idea sorry.

7.What do you think was the best new thing in LBP3?
the broadcast chip, and the new layers.

There were some weird lighting effects when levels used lights and hologram/sticker material but those have been cleared up in the 1.03 patch. Now they look very nice... unless they're broken. I built a mech in LBP1 that heavily used theck/thack and several other glitches to function. I went to visit it in LBP3 and found that it's just a broken down mess when I get to it in the level Fortunately, I locked it to LBP1 years ago so I'm the only one who'll see it in such an embarrassing state.

I would be obsessed with using the new tools to make it work. You's have to think you could do it with the de-physicalizer.

And use up one of my LBP3 level slots to fix an old level that is, by my current standards, actually kind of embarrassing? I'd rather build it from scratch.
