In the section with Toggle, there's a section with a laser going from left to right and you have to keep switching between the two in order to jump over and run under obstacles. Just towards the end there's a plinth with two prize bubbles. I've now tried it 7 times and little toggle just does not reach that plinth. He falls short every time. I watched a Youtube video of someone playing that section (and frankly they were much worse than me) and they just jumped straight on top with no problem.

Stand to the left as far as possible at that narrow space and Toggle will arc onto the top. If you're too far right he arcs into the side.

Stand to the left as far as possible at that narrow space and Toggle will arc onto the top. If you're too far right he arcs into the side. I finally did it but I had to jump on the edge first (which was tricky). I actually tried it from every conceivable distance from the ledge.

Yeah, I had to do the edge thing too. I'm pretty sure it wasn't designed that way on purpose. Seems the physics engine just shorts expected distances sometimes: I've tried and tried to ace the Joker level in the DC pack but there's a cutscene where you fall and you're supposed to bounce over a gassy gap before control is given back to you but the bounce is never far enough so I keep dying. There's also a problem on the same level where the chattering teeth flip upside down, which is bad because you have to bounce off one of their brains to get a prize bubble. Seems the physics are just a little off from where they're supposed to be.

i think it has to do with running. it is said that if you run a jump gets higher, if you stop for a second to aim for the jump it gives you less jumping high. use the running under water to go higher. i did it, after many many tries. wondered that myself.
