Another fantastic glitch, courtesy of our friends at Sumo Digital

So, after trying for nearly 4 hours to connect to a friend, i finally got it working. i then tried to switch to toggle to show him a costume, and the game diverged. I decided to go into the ziggurat to clean up some goodies, and guess what? I cant even switch to toggle. Whenever i use the character gate i just turn into sackboy/whatever character i was previously using.

im getting really tired of this game's bs, especially after my game was literally unbeatable due to a glitch and i had to restart story mode. this game is NOT a finished product, and its very obvious they rushed it out for the holiday season for a quick buck. Mm would have never let this kind of thing slip through.

The game was rushed and is unfinished..Rockstar did the same exact thing stuff GTAV, and the game still isn't even finished after a year. Think about it, story mode in both previous games had good music soundtracks for every level. In lbp3 there isn't even music in some levels. The music that is present is simple, short and repetitive, and can't compare at all to the music in little big planet 2. Both toggle and oddsock get three marbles, while the last character only gets two because they did not finish the game for the third. The multiplayer support actually got worse than previous games, where glitches, diverges, failure to connect/load profiles/preload level sources or whatever run rampant, preventing a game designed for fun with 3 other people from doing just that. Innumerable bugs in the story mode that either break the game or prevent you from getting all the prizes, like the Ziggurat hub having horrible gas underneath the spawn gate, spawn killing you unless you can save yourself with boost boots, and once you do that, the three marbles you found are missing, and no switch station to change to toggle for the other prizes. In create mode online (with only one other player with me) it constantly diverges. And those classic lbp hard freezes from the beginning of the franchise come back again. The loading screens on this game is worse than Skyrim on a console, and that is horrible. Undoing takes at least 3 seconds, even when you are alone. There are tutorials for all of the logic already in the game but barely any tutorials for the new stuff like the broadcast microchip which until further notice is of complete uselessness to me. The force chip is so difficult to use with any practicality, as it launches objects with insane acceleration if they are airborne and does not seem to have any way of making it better. Explosions only kill in one later, absolutely unacceptable. In both previous games there is always a level that showcases explosives (canyons in lbp1, factory of a better tomorrow in lbp2) but obviously since the developers neglected to include a tweak on explosives to kill in multiple layers the level creators didn't bother with try to make a level with the now obsolete objects (It's funny because an explosive that is only lethal in one layer can destroy a section out of all 15 layers). The developers are obviously not playing their own game to find these bugs, and don't even get me started on lbp2 level support. All community lbp2 levels are severely broken in lbp3, while mm made sure that lbp1 levels were only improved in lbp2. My friend and I actually turned our backs to sixteen layers of possibility in favor of a 3 layer game that is much more stable than its sequel, and we play lbp2 online together while the 60 bucks I just spent on this hot garbage of an unfinished game collects dust. I'm surely disappointed, an iconic PlayStation title has been ruined by these companies that neglect to even play their game before they send it out for people to buy. If I was an executive at Sumo Digital, all resources would be allocated to fixing this game, because this is the first time I've heard of this company, and I'm a pretty active gamer, and their first impression is really bad. Come on. The voice actors' voices are being cut off during the whole story mode. It's obvious they didn't play their game before publishing it because that is a very obvious mishap. Needless to talk about the glitch where I can't use stickers outside of a story mode level so I have to go call a friend every time I need to color one of my creations. -.- absolutely unacceptable. Get your stuff together, Sumo, things are not looking good for your company, for I'm a very disappointed and angry customer, and will duly make sure to advise all of my friends against purchasing any of your future titles on or shortly after release, because what you did to this franchise is just horrid.
