So I decided to purchase the Monster Pack for LBP3 (PS4), but I wanted to make sure it was actually there, so I went directly to the PS store to purchase it, rather than the in-game store. Upon purchasing what was 100% clearly listed as the Monster Level Kit (NOT the costumes), I went into the game to discover that I had the COSTUMES, and not the levels. But that's not all! After that whole mishap, I tried purchasing the level kit in-game, and now I've spent another $3.99 on NOTHING. The Level Kit is not unlocked, it does not appear in my DLC list, and I can't play my purchased pack. I've tried restarting the game to no avail.

It's not just about re-downloading it, it's the fact that I purchased the Level Kit and got the costume kit instead. That's an issue as well. I know a lot of DLC isn't ready, but both of the Monsters kits appear in the PS Store AND LBP3, it's not like the History Kit (which I'm still waiting for...) just not showing up as DLC.

Yeah, buying the kit and getting the costumes is weird. Not sure what to do there. As for not being able to download, I don't think anyone is able to download that DLC yet. I already own it, and it sounds like I'm getting the same issues as you. It's the same with a lot of them. Hopefully this will be sorted out tomorrow.

report it in the official dlc issues pack, and email them about it. happened for me as well (except that i did not rebuy it because the main topic said not to do so)
