I'm glad they didn't fanbait the butt off the audience by having the original cast members monologue through the trailer or something. Then again, I suppose it would be a bit of a double standard for me to complain if they did that, since the new trailer for Terminator Genisys kind of did that, but I really love that trailer anyway.

I thought the trailer was meh and was tailored more towards the fans. I'm not a huge Star Wars fan, but I like Star Wars somewhat; mostly for the ideas and not so much the story. When I saw the Guard/Cross of the lightsaber, I was like, "That's pretty awesome!". But then logic stepped in when I looked closer and I was like, "Wait... Would that design even work...?" Still looks neat though. Dat George Lucas Special Edition mayn.
