Since no one has answered yet, I think I can help you:

From the Organizertron (hold Triangle to open) or from the Global Tweaks menu of the Pop-it, you can start a new quest by pressing "Add New Quest". From here, you can name your quest, add a description, make it invisible, or even add subquests. You can also rename, add a description, and make these subquests invisible. From here, the rest of the work comes from logic tools, all of which are found under "Adventuring" in the first page of the Tools Bag.

You use the Quest Tweaker to tweak the state of quests or subquests. You can set them to either be:

ACTIVE, meaning a bubble shows a new quest and it appears in the Organizertron (if it is visible), meaning it is ready to be completed;
COMPLETE, which, as you may guess, marks it as complete; or
INACTIVE, which prevents it from being seen in the Organizertron, and it cannot be completed.

To use, place it anywhere, specify the quest or subquest you want to tweak, and set what state you want it to be upon activating.

You use the Quest Sensor to sense progress of quests or subquests, whether they be active, complete, or inactive. You can use this to activate anything you'd want based on these three states. To use, place it anywhere, specify the quest or subquest you want to sense, and choose which of the three states you want it to be in to activate the sensor.

You use the Quest Marker to show where you need to go for a certain quest/subquest, if the player chooses to highlight the quest. To use, place it where you want the player to be pointed and specify which quest or subquest it marks.
