How do I make good looking level badges without using paint?

| I have been taking pictures of things I wanted to be my level badge for quite a while now. I have been using different tools and I don't really like what I am seeing. | Don't know about the ribbon, but there are several community levels that help you line ups your shot for badges so all of your content appears in the circle, as for visibility, use lots of contrast, dark text on a bright background, and bold colors as these things attract the eye better.
