Stuck at top of pod - Game broke!

So started up LBP3 and Sackboy is stuck at the top of the screen. Can't get to the controller to play anything. Anyone else seen this and if so has anyone found a fix? This is the PS4 disc version. The chat has been ended by the agent. - - - - - - - - - - Still have not fixed it but here are some more details: Loaded the game as a different profile and could load in just fine. When trying to get the bugged profile to join the game it loaded in bugged (stuck in the air). Went to create mode and then loaded the bugged profile and still broke. Changed the spawn to load a different character than Sackboy and the bugged profile loaded in just fine. I could fly, land on the ground,.... So this tells me there is something bugged only with the Sackboy character. I tried killing sackboy, removing the spawn and killing him again. No fix. He would not react to any portals or throwing button on is head to perform portal or any other logic. Could not create material on him but once the materials were created you could put the material directly on the same layer of the Sackboy. | I got this bug last night. Unfortunately the only fix was to delete my save data and restart completely on the Adventure Mode. | Yes deleting a profile would resolve the problem but not fix it. As this can happen over and over again. I do not want to have to keep re-playing and acing the levels every few weeks in order to keep playing the game. I will wait for a patch and play on other profiles and learn while I wait for my main profile to get fixed. I remember this same glitch happening in LBP1 or 2. My main concern is to make sure thee developer is aware of the issue. I sent an e-mail and I know a few people that can contact Sumo reads these forums. Tried it and was stuck in their pod. Will keep trying and will report any success. Thanks - - - - - - - - - - New update: I went into a new create level and looked at Personal. It showed an Entrance and in materials it showed Basic Cardboard. Since I have nothing i the level the cardboard must be what is on my Sackboy causing all the problems. I cannot select it or delete the unseen carboard from my Sackboy but thought I would share. - - - - - - - - - - I am free, free at last!!!!!!! So I went to personal in the popit. Chose to highlight the cardboard. It was spinning around my character far from view.
