I just beat the final boss level, Aced, Collected all prizes and completed but I didn't get any of the aced or collected all gift prizes. Ive tried re-acing the level, restarting the game, and restarting the system and nothing seems to be working. Any suggestions?

Enable community prizes is what everyone else is saying, and I haven't had the issue and I have Community prizes on.

I think it could actually be the imported items from LBP1 and 2, I hadn't done that, and last night I did it, now I'm seeing the glitches I was reading about, is there any way to UN-import those items?

No, LuckyMax5 is right. Enable community prizes and play every level again (not even ace or 100%) and you will get the scoreboard prizes you were previously missing. This will enable you to use sticker switches, as the sticker necessary is one of the prizes for completing that level. Also, Acing the final boss level will give you the bird sticker for the sticker switch in the introduction level.
