Cool Pages Adjustment

| What we need is for the cool pages to be based on a play-like ratio or play-heart ratio instead of just by how many plays it has. Example: a new level has 1 play and 1 like, that equals a 100% ratio, stick it on the top of the cool levels. Eventually it will turn from 1-1 to something like 20 plays and 10 likes, that's a 50% ratio, lower it on the cool pages. Or it will turn into 20 plays and 20 likes keeping it at the top of the cool pages but only if the community as a whole appreciate the level. That way even if a level has 20,000 plays it'll need just as many likes to keep it at the top. And once a level has its time of glory, REMOVE it from the cool pages. Let someone else have a chance at fame. By doing this, for a level to get popular and STAY popular EVERYONE that plays it has to like it. Which isn't that likely (unless its a good overall level). This way the WHOLE community gets their say as to what levels stay and what levels go. Not just the kids, not just the adults and not just the spammers.
