Z Axis Rotation?

In the introduction, you land on a tongue that wobbles in the "Z" axis, and when you drop down, you see oddsock running on a globe rotating in the "Z" axis

how can this be done? I've been looking for an answer, but maybe its just a bug that I dont have the tool to do this? or maybe I overlooked how it's done, can anyone enlighten me?

I believe it's a decoration placed on a decoration-spinner and hes running forward with the new animation settings. If you look closely his legs in the front are kinda floating and not actually touching the globe. I can't think of any other way of making the globe spin in that angle, since I tested out a lot of stuff during the Beta.

But, I could be wrong! You can't always trust your eyes...

you're probably right, I haven't really seen anything move dynamically in the Z

so... SUMO ADD THIS
