Hello Avid Creators! We have more tools than ever before in LittleBigPlanet 3! So to help prevent new creators being overwhelmed by the possibilities upon entering Create Mode for the first time, we offer a prompt that will allow creators to decide whether the consider themselves to be a Beginner or an Advanced Creator. Beginner Creators begin with a smaller selection of tools since most teachers will tell you that someone needs to be able to walk before they can run! We know that we have some very elite creators in the community though that may wish to dive-in with the complete set of tools! So if you want to ensure that you're running in Advanced Create Mode, you can do the following... Open your Pause Menu with the Options/Start Button. Scroll down to the Profile tab and click on it. Click on Advanced Create Mode, so that the tick box has a tick in it. Go to Create Mode, open your Tools Bag and begin playing with all the new create tools! Great tutorials. I especially like the broken down information on the dynamic thermo and level loading. These are rather advanced concepts but they are explained very well.

Glad to see the other videos are on LBP.ME now. I started uploading to YouTube since yesterday there were only 25 videos. Glad I found this out before finishing working on the other 100 videos. This is a nice feature but it would have been nice to make it a little more transparent. Many users are complaining that they can't find many tools and only after they post about it online are they being told how to fix it. It probably should have been explained in-game in a way so that a thread like this would have been unnecessary.

I might actually keep Advanced mode off for a while since I forgot how to use most of the tools. This is honestly a great feature.

It probably should have been explained in-game in a way so that a thread like this would have been unnecessary. I watched a stream of LBP3 in which the guy visited his moon for the first time. He was met by a splashscreen and the option to choose one or the other. I don't think it could be any more transparent than that. If someone doesn't want to read it then that's on the person, not on the game or the developers.

There are bugs, but I've had no game breakers yet. Got most of the prizes and they actually give us over 500 new deco. That nearly doubles what we had in the first two games including the dlc... So yeah, for now I'll take it bugs and all...

I made the mistake of turning it on from the get-go. I don't consider myself a beginner, but I'm not exactly an expert either. I went into lbp3 and my mind exploded. I'm slowly adapting to it, but jumping right in wasn't the best idea.
