Launch Spacesuit DLC?

| So on launch day I checked the store numerous times and there was no Launch Day Spacesuit DLC, then yesterday on day 2 I saw it on the store with all 4 characters in a spacesuit, but when I would try going into the store I would get stuck in an infinite load. I eventually gave up thinking it would be fixed soon as it must be one of the numerous bugs going around with LBP3's launch. So today on day 3 I go to check and can get on the store now, but I don't see the Launch Spacesuit DLC now. This has me upset since that was important to me to get it, and I got the game on launch via pre-order with the day 1 limited edition plush, and wasn't my fault that I didn't get it. Now I'm worried it's gone. If this is this case is there a way I can contact Sumo Digital about it? I just feel it's extremely unfair to be denied that because the store was bugging. | Yeah, I really don't understand. I've had the launch suit since LBP1, and now I can't find it anywhere. Not on the ingame store or the actual Playstation Store. | I don't even remember if I have it for LBP2. I think I got it at LBP2 launch since I missed it on 1's launch, but not certain until I hop on LBP2 to check. I intentionally avoided porting my LBP2 stuff to LBP3 for reasons.
