Ive noticed quite an abundance of "Help my DLC didn't transfer" threads, and I think I might have found the answer: For those of you having the problem, simply go to the start menu, and click on settings. After hitting settings, scroll down to "My Unlocks". You should then click on the "Unlock LBP 1/2 (depending on what you want transferred) Content". By hitting that button, your DLC and costumes from previous games should import to LBP3, regardless of PS4 or PS3. The only problem is that the importing takes a very long time, so I suggest either doing it overnight or have something ele ready to fill your time. If you still have the DLC problem, I don't know what to tell ya...

It's actually that most of the DLC content hasn't been moved to the PS Store for the Ps4. I don't think the issue is really big on Ps3. They just need to encode all of the previous DLC, and call it LBP3. That's why it doesn't work in the game, and it's something that should have been done before launch...

On the PS3 version you get all your dlc from LBP2 and LBP1. On the PS4 version I only have the dlc that's on the store and that seems to be the case for most people. I can't even enter my own levels in create mode
