Not Receiving Level Complete Prizes

| Hey all. I have been playing LBP3 on the PS3 version and I have noticed that after beating, acing, or collecting all prizes in a level, that I am not receiving the gifts I am given on completion. It shows earning the prizes, but if I return to my Pod and check my prizes collected in that level, they are not obtained, and appear as hollow circles. I am also not given those prizes. I tried deleting my profile and the game data and starting over, and I am still having the same problem.
