I open a Sackbot's circuitboard and place the Gameplay Tweaker on it and make it invincible to spikes. I even tried other hazards. But the Sackbot still dies to the hazard. I have tested it in both create and play mode with same results. There is no reason it should be doing that. It really should be that simple and just does what it says. Anyone know what is wrong with it?

To make your Sackbot invulnerable to your desired hazards, you just need to change the Affects tweak in the Gameplay Tweaker to the following: Affects: Owning Character
