Ok, I've seen it before, where some one has detached the flame from the candle found in the Wedding themed levels, under objects/lights. How is this done, becuase I can't seem to get it off the candle in create mode. Was this seen as a glitch and updated out? Or do you have to do something tricky like break the candle? Thanks for any help in advance.

the way I got it was by going to where the flame meets the candle, then clicking and detaching it. it might help to make the candle really big

Maybe torches and other fiery things like flaming details on enemies to name a few uses .

if you make a stationary airplane or spaceship, you could put the flame on the engines

just click the flame and L3 to copy. You need to set up the light perameters first though, as you can't do that after the flame has been detached. You can also resize a detached flame and also you can capture it as an object so you don't have to do the process ever again. I have a flame object in each colour in MyObjects.
