Where are the Move Pack instruments?

| First off, I haven't been on this site in years, and don't know if anyone remembers me, but hi. I'm back to fiddle with LBP3! Back to my question though, I can't find the instruments from the Move Pack. Not sure if this is an import problem, or I need to re-download the DLC and unlock them again.
