Apologies if its already been posted but LBP.me has had a s****y facelift ready for the US release of LBP3 tomorrow :star:

It's so BAD. Please get rid of all that unnecessary junk at the top and bottom of the page, it makes it look like a mess and not a pleasant place to visit for 'information' (which is why people go there). Style over substance. When you enlarge the page using Firefox, it brings the planets further across and pushes the text down. And when you click on a link, it sends you back to the top of the page so you have to scroll down AGAIN! Simplify it.2014-11-17 14:32:00

I hope you don't want to see more than 12 levels at a time. Because you can't see more than 12 levels at a time, it seems.

Wow I love the look of the new design! So spiffy (and sw-an-ky ) I agree it could use some extra polish on the functionality side, but it works just fine and I just discovered two new levels I want to try thanks to its "explore" page 2014-11-17 15:22:00

I don't like the new design... Many info that was on old LBP.me isn't available anymore... And it is absolutly not clearly arranged... I can't understand why the site makes a big regress with a great new game...

There are these rockets on left and right side, you can use them to change the levels but it seems they forgot them at the screenshots...

I only see one rocket on Chrome and Firefox. All it does is reload the same levels.		2014-11-17 16:41:00

They need to change the colour of the hearts and yays back to how it was. When you're looking at the recent plays on your levels, it's harder to tell who's yayed/hearted it when the text is the same colour.2014-11-17 17:44:00

Signatures on www.lbp-hub.com will be back on weekend, have to rewrite the code for new lbp.me, they work, but will not update, but I don't know about LittleSigPlanet		2014-11-17 18:11:00

Baghead is re-writing the code for LittleSigPlanet when he is free.

Keep in mind guys, they are probably going to be updating it over time. I don't think this is the final version.

perhaps a sort of autoplay of the queue? like when you put a playlist on youtube?

play a level on the queue, rate, continue, next level plays?

adjustment to change always take a while but at this point I must say I prefer the older layout. Was this new one beta tested? Was there any community input in its development, asking folks what they want from LBP.me? Where have all the level YAYS gone? I never saw any objections or dissent to YAYing levels from anyone.

The video function is interesting and will no doubt be used by PS4 LBP3ers. It may encourage more film level creation but as the vast majority of film levels are pretty dire this may not be a good thing. Will this lead to folks watching content on LBP.me rather than actually playing levels?

Can anyone explain where the dashboard function has gone? I used to use this to find great levels to play, monitor general activity etc.

I don't mind it, but there are some things about it that urk me.

Only showing twelve at a time doesn't seem so bad, especially since I can just use the little rockets that follow your scrolling. I wish you could see more, but it's alright at the moment; except the rockets in the level sections. In my queued levels, the rocket worked fine, in the community and level tabs, there is no looking past twelve!

This site just does not work, and the design is hit or miss. The navigation is a little backwards because they are not in a menu bar or anything instead they are randomly placed around pictures of LBP style planets. It just looks basic and it feels basic.2014-11-18 18:55:00

And you have to o to a separate page to view photos/high scores ect. I already hated the way the recent activities page would reload when you went back to it and you'd have to scroll back down to get to where you were last but now its even worse. IMO the old LBP.me was better. I liked the simple design and the buttons layout. Now it's a bit confusing. I would only change the colors and logos to give it a fresh look. Also, it would be nice if I could view the level pics in better quality, not just in bigger size. The video function might be a good thing if people use it properly.2014-11-18 22:00:00

So long as I resize my browser window smaller, the features are laid out nice and compact. Too big and the design is bit convoluted, too few things taking too much space. I miss the trending chart on the front page, it was the easiest way to see what new levels were out at a glance, and the heart icons (when a level gets hearted anyway) are better when they're red and pull focus, I used to tend to quickly skim through and queue up anything anybody in my list has hearted. The new features are handy though, the whole thing just needs tweaking to make it more efficient at giving you the info you generally go there for.

Possible bug - I noticed that my 'Lists' are coming up incomplete, i.e. In a list of 40 levels, the list icon still says I've listed 40, but a lot less are actually in the list.		2014-11-19 17:34:00

I have loved LBP.me since its inception and used it ALL the time. I did not play LBP without LBP.me being open on my laptop, but this is not the LBP.me that I fell in love with. Where are the time stamps on the Recent Activity page? It used to show when stuff happened. Like right now, it's showing my hearted creators and what they are playing. Arastoph played Sky Islands of Birds. Awesome. When? 3 minutes ago? 10? 45? 12 hours? When dang it!
Where is the "more info" button on levels so that I can see when it published and re-published, how many people played it, how many completed it, etc.
I've hearted over 600 levels but now only 12 show and there is no "Moar" button or rocket ship to change pages to load more. Same with my hearted creators. LBP.me is broke and needs fixing. They need to revert back to the old one and wait until it works before implementing it. But, I guess nowadays that goes against game developer code. It seems like more and more instead of releasing a fully functioning product, the mentality is, "Screw it, we'll fix it later."		2014-11-22 16:40:00

I like how it shows you the players who played your level in your recent activity (might of been a feature) but the site is just unfinished.

The navigation links SHOULD be there but theres an error on the web page that causes them to turn into that tiny white line you see comming out of the 3rd planet. They should be in the center at the top

Also, why is the main LBP.me page Recent activity? I dont care about what I just did, the first page I see should be new or popular levels, not recent activity.		2014-11-23 22:08:00

The whole point of LBP.me was as an extension for folks to use to enhance their LBP experience.
The change in format has severly disrupted and hampered peoples enjoyment of this facility. Was there any beta testing or consultation among the community before implementation?
A lot of folks would love to see it revert back to the orginal version which worked brilliantly.
The first tab that appears when I log on is blank apart from a red header saying no videos, when I checked out the video promos being uploaded they weren't that great and this function does appear to favour those with ps4 systems over the vast majority of LBP ps3 users.

i am sad that you cant see the time stamps of activity anymore and just like 10 entries of them without the ability to load more. i used to use that feature a lot to see if there are still people playing it and how frequently. its a downgrade in my eyes. i hope its just a misstake and will get fixed.2014-11-23 22:38:00

From what I'm reading here it seems like the website is just as buggy as the game! In my opinion I like the older website better, this one just has so many buttons and weirdness.. I don't know how to explain it. I like how on the older website you could go to someones profile and it would be a lay out all nice and simple. The persons "about me" would be at the top, followed by pictures under it and then their recent activity. You can't see how long ago they played a level like you used to. Meh, oh well.. It's pretty, but not very easy to navigate around.2014-11-23 22:59:00

Just a little post to let y'all know that LBP.me updated again.

They made profile icons even larger than before, and changed the "closer" button to say "close."

It also looks like autopilot works now. I haven't tried it but it sounds neat.
