So I was watching a few Beta videos and noticed that only one of them had the Pumpinator in, and even then only for one small gameplay section; so my question is, why did the marketing people and all that put the Pumpinator first and foremost? In the E3 video, they made a big thing about the Pumpinator and how it was a new powerup, it's on the game's box art, they treated it like the next big powerup but nobody seems to like it? Not complaining here, I like the look of it much more than I do the Boost Boots, I'm just wondering, why did they assume it would be the best powerup? EDIT: People seem to have misinterpreted my question, I'm not asking what the Pumpinator is, I'm just wondering why they went with it as the most-marketed powerup of the game...

Yeah, that's what made me wonder, there's so many new powerups it just confused me as to why they put the Pumpinator at the forefront.

Pretty sure the Pumpinator is just a custom power-up made with the new powerup tool, I messed with it in the beta and if I remember right it's just a sticker panel with some logic. so in short the Pumpinator is just 1 of the examples used in the storymode of how the custom power-ups can work. *mew
