I don't think it means winning CC19 and CC20 if that's what you're thinking. There was some footage of a blueprint and a custom vehicle race in one of the early trailers, I think that's what you need to win. Piece of cake if you're familiar with the tools, I would think.

You can always ask people to help the party person. Create mode you need to ask 50 peoples! I only. Wish one day I win the CC... Until that day - will create in my solitude.
