I still need to mess with a few things and add in some tricks, like a quick rolling dodge system mechanic, and some extra fixes to the targeting, but the idea's fairly there. Takes a second or two to test out, and the controls are in the level. Also, the looks of the level are very miniscule. It's just for testing purposes, and the arrow would be replaced by the character animation tweaked character. EDIT: WOW! Leave it to late night posting to forget the actual link to the dang level!
