Rotate object by touch
Archive: 3 posts
Hello, i whant to rotate an object (square) that has no gravity (floating in the air) by touching it. Isthis possible? and How? Thanks | 2014-10-20 15:58:00 Author: Solid_Justice Posts: 10 |
Easy! First, you'll need a material with no weight. Sticker panel and hologram fit the bill, but you could use any material so long as you put on an anti-gravity tweaker with the anti-gravity set to 100%. You'll need to have at least TWO of these objects, one static INVISIBLE object (sticker panel with opacity set to 0% would be ideal) and whichever object you want to be rotated. Attach the two with a motor bolt, and fiddle with the rotation speed until you have what you want (keep in mind that the number displayed is how many degrees the object spins every second). As for the touch, you'll need (surprise, surprise) a touch tweaker wired up to the motor bolt. As for the settings of the touch, it would help if you could be more specific about how you want the object to act (i.e. tap, hold) -Wolf :3: | 2014-10-20 23:19:00 Author: ShadowArcticWolf Posts: 131 |
