Hi members of LBPC I'm Oliver, but as you might be able to tell from my username, the vast majority call me just Oli, but you are free to call me either I was meant to introduce myself a while back, but I had briefly forgotten to do so. Now that I'm here, it's time to spill the beans I've been a fan of Little Big Planet ever since I stumbled across a YouTube video of a bunny piloting a tank (In LBP of course, otherwise I'd be questioning my sanity at this point). But being more serious, I decided to give the first game a shot, as I thoroughly enjoyed the demo. I've been hooked ever since. I was very much the typical inexperienced newbie of LBP 1. I didn't know how to use half of the tools, and the quality of my creations was embarrassingly poor, although I did create a cool looking steam locomotive and carriages that I called simply the 'LBP Express'. Thankfully, by the time LBP 2 released, my specialty in creating seemed to be more streamlined. And what would be this specialty of creation? Well, I consider myself a vehicle creator. I've been experimenting away at my own automotive designs, and I've formed my own fictional automobile manufacturer, called 'Bulldog Motor Company'. It's a project I've been working on gradually since 2011. I once managed to get one of my car test levels on the cool pages, which was really awe-inspiring! I'll confess that I've been part of the controversial LBP clanning scene. I've led 2 war based clans, both of which eventually fell apart due to lack of enthusiasm. I have however, since turned my attention back to traditional level creating, and I have no intention of returning to the clanning scene. it's too time consuming to continuously organize, and at the end of the day, it's all a bit idiotic if you ask me. I have rejoiced the unveiling of LBP 3 like no other game before! I'm really looking forward to it, and as a result, I've shelved all my 'big projects' until LBP 3's release. In the meantime, I intend to republish some of my classic LBP 1 levels, with a few up to date touches to 'remaster' them to an extent. I hope you found this story of mine somewhat interesting. If you skipped down to the bottom, I can't blame you I'm looking forward to familiarizing myself with this marvelous community, and seeing how LBP will evolve creatively after LBP 3's release. Welcom Oli! I prefer to call you Oli coz it's shorter. Sorry if in the future i might spell your name like "Oil", some small things like that may slip through if I don't proofread my posts! haha, Well anyhoot, welcome to LBPC, just like you I'm a newbie here. I also shelved my other LBP level plans so that I can created them in LBP3! Can't wait to see your creations! Again welcome! Cowabunga! D.
