Failed to load level problem

| Hi everyone My new level (Chain that score! (BETA))is now online for a bit more than a week but still no one has played it. First I thought that just nobody noticed it but later I got some people telling me the level gave a "Failed to load level" notice when trying to load. Does anyone know how I can get rid of this problem. When I play the level at my moon it works fine. I know of 1 person that was able to play it after I uploaded it again but all others keep telling me it doesn't work. | Dont know if it makes a difference but try moving it to a different spot on your moon then uploading it to the servers from there...not sure if that would do anything but couldn't hurt...
