Littlebigplanet 3 to have a form of tobacco?

So we've probably all seen the new Littlebigplanet 3 trailer today, which revealed that Hugh Laurie is voicing Newton. However! If you saw before the video, the game's rating finally showed up, and I was a little shocked to see the ESRB rating for this new installment.

Those first two were obvious, but "Tobacco Reference" surprised me. What's going on Sumo Digital? Why is this in the ESRB rating for one of our beloved drug free game series?		2014-10-07 22:18:00

Its a British game. Most likely Dr. House will make some sort of reference to smoking a cigar, or a tobacco product may be an item or it may be a costume piece for a Sackperson to use. Its not that big of a deal.2014-10-07 22:33:00

And then before you know it, all the children's will start picking up the habit of smoking, then get into the mary janes, AND THEN CHAOS AND ANARCHY WILL TAKE OVER THE WORLD, THEN SPIRAL THE WORLD UNCONTROLLABLY INTO A BLACK HOLE! AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!
