I need help with water in my level

Hi I am constructing my very first level on lbp2 and I have a small little problem I need help with I have a section I need to fill with water but the world emiter that I use I don't seem to be able to get it to work right for me it doesn't stay filled with water it fills quickly and then it just disappears after a second my psn username is magaminopenguin if some one could jump on my level with me and show me how to fix it I would really appreciate it.<3 | 2014-10-05 04:11:00 Author: megaminopenguins Posts: 2 |
You'll need to make sure that the input signal stays on until the water has reached it's programmed height. If it deactivates while the level is being filled, it will reset and the water will disappear. Simple as that. Hi megaminopenguin, I hope you got the water issue fixed. If not, start by Placing a player sensor (min radius 0 and max, the radius you require to trigger the water (8.0 or greater). Also set this to detect the particular layer range you want). Wire the player sensors output to the input on a 1 hit counter (but do not wire the counter to reset) Lastly place the global water tweaker, set its water level and set transition time to 0 or 1, so the water level instantly fills to the level. Wire the counters output up to the water tweakers input and it should work for you As the counter doesn't reset, once triggered the water tweaker will stay on.
