How do I make hazards "hurt" a vehicle.

Is there a way of doing this without impact or tag sensors?

I have a simple wall climbing vehicle, basically a fancy version of the controllinator attached to a box .

I have a piece of holo, three deep, and stuck a plasma hazard on it. No matter what I do I can't manage to make the plasma holo hurt the vehicle.

What am I missing?

What do you mean by "hurt" the vehicle? Do you mean destroy it, or just take damage?

Either way, you would need a Tag on the plasma, and an impact sensor on the vehicle set to sense the specific tag, and set to "Include Rigid Connections"

Either way, you would need a Tag on the plasma, and an impact sensor on the vehicle set to sense the specific tag, and set to "Include Rigid Connections"

If you want it to just damage include a 'Counter' or 'Timer' and connect it to the rest of your logic. But like above if just to destroy a 'Tag' on the hazard, 'Impact Sensor' to detect the 'Tag' on impact.

Damage or kill, I can do the rest of the logic.

Okay, I followed your advice and I see how the tags work with solid objects. I can work with that if need be.

Hi Biv.
What about tags and impact sensors?

Start by making your plasma holo 3 layer deep hazard. on this place a red tag labelled 'hazzard'.
Next, place a large block of invisible holo over the wall climbing machine that's going to impact with it, large enough to encompass the vehicle.
If the vehicle has moving parts like legs, just glue this holo block to the central controllinator piece.
Now, on the holo material block glued to the machine place an impact sensor (labelled red tag 'hazzard&apos and inc. touching on its tweaks.
Wire this impact sensor to your counter to destroyer logic (with include connected on).

How it works
As the hologram invisible material block glued to the machine impacts with the holo plasma hazard, the impact sensor on it registers that the machine has impacted the holo plasma block. It shouldn't matter that its lethal plasma or not as its sensing the impact between the two blocks
If you want to make it look like the machine gets affected by the plasma it impacts, you could wire the impact sensor to a danger tweaker on the machine to give the affect of it being affected.
