Fifa 15

Archive: 17 posts

I used to love playing fifa 96-98 with a friend. Then I didn't touch those games until I got fifa 14. Turns out I love playing pro clubs and 5v5 online. I didn't know what ultimate team really was until today and I'm really considering buying fifa 15 on friday. Anyone else playing fifa and would you be interested in making a LBPC club and play online?2014-09-23 11:39:00

I will be getting Fifa 15, but I'm already contracted to another club. You'll have to pay a transfer fee of 25,000,000<3 for my services, and I won't accept anything less than 300,000<3 per week in wages.2014-09-23 11:52:00

Only FIFA I'll ever need, every year the reviews say its the same game as the previous years so I never bother upgrading.

I used to love International Superstar Soccer on the SNES. Let's go even further back.... Nintendo World Cup....oh yeah that's a football game.

I haven't bought a Fifa since 13. 14 was the same as 13. 13 as 12. 12 as 11. But 15 is different but I don't like it. The players new run animations and physics are just too weird though more realistic. I'll stick to Fifa World. And its free.2014-09-24 00:31:00

Good decision.

Is anyone getting PES this year? I played the demo last week, seemed alright. Much improved on the last few versions which were dreadful.

I've been checking that game out too and reading mixed reception. It seems like the fans think it's a good game and a throwback to earlier classic PES. The gameplay doesn't look as fast paced as FIFA though and being the first ps4 version I think I'd rather go with FIFA which already had one on the ps4.

I've tried the PES demo and immediately I have to say I prefer FIFA. The gameplay doesn't feel as snappy as FIFA. It'd be easy to pick up PES cheaper later anyway. The sliding tackle in PES is fantastic, much better and funnier than FIFA. It feels like you're really hurting players...... lol

Fifa is very quick so if you're used to playing that and then swap to the PES demo, you might not enjoy the more measured pace.2014-09-25 13:45:00

I think my brother is getting PES so I'll be able to play it. Not played a PES game regularly since the last one I had on the PS2. FIFA is just something I prefer. That said I'll be getting Fifa 15, enjoy the career mode too much. Ultimate team hasn't interested me since 12 and I occasionally play friendlies, seasons and pro clubs (me and my friends really like messing around with it)

Also will custom tournaments be back this year? Really disappointed I couldn't make any in 14.

I had a look at the trophies, looks like they're back, at least on the PS4.

Obviou$ly there wa$ a rea$on for no cu$tom tournament$ in the la$t game, which might have $omething to do with that thing in Brazil in the $ummer.

.... hopefully I wasn't too subtle there.

I'm still very much enjoying pro clubs you guys. I'm "level" 83. Playmaker, I make some great passes. Anyone else still play? Just now and then.2014-12-08 21:23:00

Hi BasketSnake, sorry, but currently I'm playing no soccer games! I loved ISS64 and ISS98 for SNES, later I played FIFA 2003 on the GameCube, oh how I loved this game, but the later versions haven't really been improvements to me, some new ideas which have been withdrawn in later versions again after FIFA 2008 I stopped buying further games. Maybe that the newest versions are overwhelming though I had the impression that the more complex the controls the less fun for an average player like me!
I wish you exciting matches and a lot of fun!

Many greetings, Jürgen^^

I'm in a pro clubs team. Haven't played it that much this year, and indeed most of the team have stoppped playing for the moment. Too similar to last year. Not enough to keep us interested.

I've been playing a lot less Fifa in general. All the bull**** on legendary difficulty drives me mad.

Little bump for anyone still remotely interested in pro clubs. I have 600 matches played and I'm on my own team that we renamed "Useless Vikings". It's casual and open to anyone so just join.2015-02-22 10:20:00
