A Little More About Me

So yeah. With LBP3 on the rise I thought it was about time I got around to this.

I've been creating since LBP1. and not on my current account. I've run into many bumps. a Permanent banned being one of them. But I never gave up on my projects. It is my goal to create and share what I have to offer to the LBP community no matter what it takes. With that said. I'd like to tell you about the projects i've attempted that have almost seen the light of day. Starting with my dream series Sonic Origins.

Begining under the name Sonic & Tails 3, it was meant to be a parody of bad Sonic fangames I saw all across LBP2 at the time. After awhile of trying to create it, it grew into a new beast. I began rewriting the story along side my brothers and sister. I began studying the tools and for the first time, I thought I made something I could be proud of. That was of course until my first PS3 crash. I lost everything; including my story mode items. I was devastated and never wanted to try again. However that all changed when I saw someone trying to claim the title of his/her own. Thus, Sonic Origins 1 was published. It is buggy, unpleasing to look at. and Sloppy. Atleast to me now.

As time past I wanted to redeem this horrible batch of levels. So I began to concept Sonic Origins 2! This is the most current thing I worked on. in fact it is the last thing I worked on before LBP3 was announced. Like Origins 1, I ran into many bumps. and a PS3 crash. This time I did not lose my items. I was able to back up profile and save the last of the finished levels. I however ended up cancelling it. I figured I was too late. At this point I was already banned on my original account. That and I was certain nobody would play it once I published. It was a bit of a depressing time. But now I'm over all of it. and ready to give it another chance again in LBP3!

So in tangled with Sonic Origins was another series. Mega Walrus (Now under the name Mega Walter.) It is a Mega Man inspired platformer with my brothers character Walter the Walrus. Unfortunetely I have no footage of it. Only screenshots but I'll give you a rundown on what basically happened to it. Mega Walrus was at the time where my brother had never been on LBP2 long. He was accustomed to LBP1 and did not get many tools until I helped him for a bit. But now that we have more experience we're ready to tackle this as well! (oh and as a little thing we made cheesy box art for it!)

As another side note I am working on a Mega Walrus Vita. it's been going really well. Soon i'll be asking for help on music and possibly Logo Artist.

But yeah. Thats really it besides a few miner projects and future ideas. For example me and a few co-creators have created our own little creation circle under the name "The Oriverse." Where every story of our games tie in somehow whether it just be little cameos or referenced. I have my own list of games I would like to do for that circle. If you're interested in me going into more details on that please don't be shy to ask!

Hi TheSonic41125,

I don't know what had happened that you've got banned, I assume that you didn't observe some forum rules, but if you have learned of it, then there should be no problems in the future anymore. Welcome from me, nice to meet you! I liked the videos and the pics of your projects, crashing PS3`s are a curse, so to our community: never forget to save your profiles! I'm curious to see more of Walter the Walrus, or your Sonic projects, lets see, what the future brings!

Heya!

That's one of a project. It looks interesting and I definitely want to play those levels once they come out!

I know your pain. My PS3 also broke once. I lost all my LBP 1 & 2 data, saves, unfinished levels & stuff. I still doesn't have all the items from stories. I had to cancel 1 story and delete few levels. But it doesn't matter anymore. I'm making Music Levels which are many times better than my old levels.

Your project is amazing and you should keep it up with your brother. It's going to be eternal in our minds and I want to see it.

Oh the funny thing about the PSN ban is it actually wasn't my fault. It was due to some things my brother had done before he gave the account to me. But now everythings fine and dandy.		2014-09-24 01:29:00
