I have a friend on PSN who really likes platformers and is very funny. I thought he would make a great addition to the community and suggested that he got LBP. Each time I say that he should get it he denies and says it's just a kids game. Is there any way to convince him to get it?

show him youtube vids of awesome levels? Or grab some pics of great levels off of LBP.me. I have no links right now as I've got 15 tabs open and fear if I open another tab my computer will implode. Will come back later.

Hi Biorogue's advice is good. You Tube videos, Or, make a quick sample level yourself or a video of you in create mode and upload it to youtube, or an email to him. If he's a good friend, maybe treat him to the game (you can get a cheap copy or from the ps store). screenshots from your phone?) If he does live close, invite him to try a level or two. Also, much as we all love lbp, it may just not be his cup of skinny latte, so you gotta respect that too, it always nice to have a friend join your passion for the game, but sometimes they just haven't the same interest
