I just published the level "Pod Flying Minigame Tech Demo" which you can find in eastern australia by searching @dcf This is a playable demo showcasing a tool I am working on, which I'm going to be using in some upcoming levels (and also giving the tool away as a prize). It's basically a gradius style side scroller. You have shields and weapons. The shields can take multiple hits and be recharged. The weapons can be upgraded. So far it works pretty well. There are instructions in the level itself, but a quick thing to point out. Don't try too hard to control the direction the pod is facing. It will automatically correct itself to face forward if you let it. Feedback greatly appreciated.
