Here is a video where Joe Rogan calls him out at one of "Mencia's" shows and Carlos gets owned. I hate "Carlos Mencia (aka Ned Holness) because he steals jokes (theres irrifutible proof), he's an *******, and his image is completely fake. His mom was German and his father was Hungarian which is why he looks a little Hispanic, but hes not in the slightest. He steals jokes and hes just an *******. Heres the video YouTube - Joe Rogan and Carlos Mencia Fight WARNING STRONG LANGUAGE EDIT: I heard about him and hated him before I watched him because he stole jokes. THEn I watched 5 minutes of his show and hes completely unfunny and hipocritical. He was telling a joke (if you can even call it that) that his "friend" told him that fat people wer more descriminated against than blacks and was then talking about how he thinks you should make fun of fat people because they "ate their way to being fat". I was staring in disbelief at the tv saying "YOU WEIGH LIKE 300LBS!"

Though I don't hate Carlos Mencia, I do thinks he's a jerk for stealing other peoples jokes... that's just wrong.

I don't hate Mencia, though his show and comedy routine are complete crap. But get your facts straight: his mother's Mexican and his father's Honduran. He was born in Honduras.

he was funny till his 2nd season on tv... about half-way through he got cocky cause he was so funny... now he just likes to hear his own voice

Well if the mass media gets a hold of this, he won't be anymore. It's not that new of a video. The mass media's already heard of it, but there's no way to prove he stole jokes unless he says so. Even if he did admit it, I don't think most people would care.

You're right about that, but even then, other comedians would get mad about it, (I imagine after years of working in crappy bars, some of those comedians are a little poed that Carlos cheated his way to fame by stealing jokes) and maybe they would be less willing to do work for Comedy Central if the company doesn't do anything about Mencia. Either way, with his show steadily declining, he'll be off the air in a year or two, maybe even sooner.

his first few seasons were pretty funny... yes I know, some things are stolen material, but some bits never failed to make me laugh: like the rich shiek, or the dee dee dee song, or the Kanye West skit, or the "get the park out of my store" guy. The new eps kinda sucked though, so people who hate him don't need to worry its on a decline. Besides some people often "steal" things without knowing since they remember it but not where they got it from (it happens to everyone, especially in jokes and music).
