Does the DC Comics Season Pass have exclusive costumes?

So one of the selling points for the DC Comics Pass confuses me:

•This Season Pass includes the following content as they get released:
•DC Comics Premium Level Pack for LittleBigPlanet 2.
•Four DC Comics Costume Packs, each with a mix of five superhero and super-villain costumes.
•A bonus superhero and super-villain costume.
•DC Comics Premium Level Pack for LittleBigPlanet PlayStation Vita + an exclusive costume for PS Vita only.

Are they referring to the Cyclops and Cheetah costumes that we collect? Sounds a little vague. Can someone with the Season Pass or who is knowledgeable please shine some light on this matter?

I already bought both level packs at their individual prices so I'm looking to see if the pass will still be cheaper than buying all 4 costume packs. If I'm missing out on a costume or 2, my OCD will drive me crazy.

Yes, Captain Cold is the Vita exclusive costume.
