Meaning it shows precisely what specific edits you made so that you can undo one thing without messing up others? Or it could be used to show what was edited when re-publishing a level? Not sure if I'm thinking of the right thing but it would be useful still.

He means when the game updates that all changes and patches are documented for anyone to see. It would allow people to see what was added, removed or fixed in every update.

Yeah this would be helpful. That way everyone can find out if something was actually changed that should be noted or if it was just another DLC update.

The PS4 actually has a change log feature built-in for every game (press options over game icon, select "Update Information"), unfortunately, it's up to the developer to determine how detailed they want to be, or whether they want to use the function at all *coughcoughCallofDutyGhostscough*

The PS4 actually has a change log feature built-in for every game That's good to know. PS3 players would probably miss out on that then it seems. But it's still better than nothing.
