Emitter Functionality Upgrades

There are 3 things I've seen with emitters that I think would be useful to 'tweak.' All of these relate to how emitters interact with moving parts. 1) A moving emitter imparts its momentum to any object it emits (in addition to the speed given in the tweak menu). It would be nice to have an option to turn this off, so only the speed set in the tweak menu mattered. 2) When an emitter moves the target location it emits to moves with it. I would refer to this as a relative position. It would be nice to have an option that allowed one to set an absolute position, one that is fixed and doesn't change even if the emitter moves. 3) When setting an object to be emitted the game error checks and doesn't allow a position to be declared if it overlaps an existing object. I would prefer if the game allowed this but gave a warning (beep or flash) instead of disallowing it when assigning a position. Obviously emitting over an existing object still wouldn't work. However, if either the emitter or the overlapping object moved the emitter would then start working. Currently, in order to do this one needs to remove the obstruction, set the emitter and then place the obstruction back.
