Now, LBP has usually had a running theme going with it. LBP1 was a world tour, going to many different countries and LBP2 was a journey through time, Renaissance, Victorian, New Era, Future. What does everyone think LBP3 will be? So far I've noticed alot of Movie and film stuff in the background of the reveal level, so I'm willing to bet that movies is the new theme of LBP3 and the game will feature worlds based on film genres.

That's a reasonable conclusion. Levels based on film genres would certainly be interesting. I'd be curious to see what genres would be used.
