Is UFG still fixing bugs in LBPK?

Are they? It still irritates me how the PS3 freezes every time I access the 'Settings' screen... I'm not sure why they think it's okay to leave that unfixed 2014-08-31 19:19:00

Not sure the last time they actually did a real patch. I've given up on actual fixes and support, but that doesn't keep me from creating more!2014-08-31 19:50:00

I would highly doubt it. That would require Sony to keep giving them money to do that, and I can't see them doing that.2014-08-31 19:55:00

There's been a few software updates recently, not entirely sure what they were. Haven't noticed any real change within the game. Usual stuff to work around but.......it's what we've got and personally I love it, bugs and all!

Yeah that's what I figured. Which is ironic because Sony heavily promoted the game (more than LBP3) at several events like Karting was a big deal. You'd think that since they want to be known for QUALITY first party games/IPs, they'd give a couple bucks to UFG to squash a couple bugs. It's not that expensive, right?

Well, I suppose I can look around on the game today once I plug in my PS3. It's been a good couple months since I booted it up.

I recently got the PS Move steering wheel and want to try it out with Karting since it was advertised with it... Problem is, if I have to change the controller scheme then I'm screwed. I can't do anything with this glitch!

The settings bug happens when you close all the expandable sections there, so the only way to fix it would be to clean your save or game data (or both). Save data contains story progress, game data has your created costumes, karts, levels. I've personally continued a save data without the game data (there's no backup/export for that), I'm not sure what happens the other way around.2014-09-01 17:37:00

Just to let you know, quite a few of the recent patches only included future DLC data.

Here's a place where you can see the patch notes: LBPK Patches (http://www.littlebigjourney.net/littlebigplanettrade-karting-updates)

Hey guys I found a quick fix for those of you experiencing this bug. If you boot up the game with the PS Move Steering Wheel, the Settings menu won't freeze and will let you open and change things. You can even use a DS3 as long as the Move is connected.

However once you disconnect the Move and try using the DS3, the settings menu will be frozen again. So this is only a fix if you want to change controller layouts, etc. Doesn't fix the usual freezing.

So going into settings and expanding a few sections and leaving them open as you exit doesn't work? That's too bad, but still a nice trick.2014-09-04 19:42:00

Sadly no. They're collapsed once again when you disconnect the Move.
