This is a physics defying material similar to dark matter. It allows translational but not rotational movement. Currently, I have a use for this in my levels. What I've done is to glue together floating material and a sponge. This makes a material that will rotate to face up if it gets knocked over. This method is far less precise than if there was a material that just did this normally.
