I want notes where you can switch the fonts and have inputs into it, like the notes in littlebigplanet vita. That way you can easily have different features in some types of levels such as how long you've played the level or how many enemies you destroyed, etc. I think that would be awesome for that in lbp3, so basically the notes that were in lbp vita but in lbp3. I know it would be very useful

I know it would be very useful I obviously don't have confirmation, but I can say this is very likely. It has been alluded to many times before that LBP3 is the collection (not literally) of all the main LBP entries. They are bringing over every feature ever introduced, be it a DLC or Vita feature, and putting it in LBP3. Or at least, that is the impression they've been making. Hopefully they leave nothing out.

Aus dem Archiv wurden alle persönlichen Daten wie Name, Anschrift, Email etc. - aber auch sämtliche Inhalte wie z.B. persönliche Nachrichten - entfernt.
