I'd like to say Massive Epic Raging Destruction (https://lbp.me/v/0e851x) by Steve_Big_Guns but it's not playable, So, I'd have to say: Another Planet (lbp.me/v/hv016r) by Pino-Cchio as it's highly artistic, has good logic, has good replay value and a dash of nostalgia.
